Project Description

3021 West Clay sits at the corner of West Clay Street and Summit Ave., centrally located in Scott's Addition.  The space was formerly occupied by the Apropos Antiques and Interiors, Inc. and prior to that housed a limousine service.  In 2019, our team decided it was time to join the creative narrative of Richmond's thriving Scott's Addition community.  We began dreaming up a new collaborative, fresh space with a nod to the history of the district as a nexus of new-age thought and industry in the city of Richmond.  The building lent itself nicely to having new overhead doors and reclaimed wood accents.  The staff has thoroughly enjoyed a more collaborative and fresh environment in one of the fastest growing and most vibrant districts in the city.
